Interior Alterations for Residential Construction

To apply for the modification or alteration of residential interiors, please login to the Project Portal to complete all information for the application and upload your project plans. 

The following is required for all Interior Alteration construction permits:

• Construction Drawings (must be to scale) including: 
  • Existing conditions
  • Proposed changes
  • Structural drawings (if applicable)
  • Stamped drawings for engineered building components
• Authorized Agent Form
• Contractor Registration Form (if applicable)
