Interior Alterations for Commercial Construction

Project Portal

To apply for the modification or alteration of commercial interiors, please login to the Project Portal to complete all information for the application and upload your project plans. 

The following is required for all Interior Alteration construction permits:

  • Construction Drawings (must be to scale and sealed when required) including: 
    • Existing conditions
    • Proposed changes
    • All rooms must be identified as to use
    • MEPs
    • Stamped drawings for engineered building components
  • Authorized Agent Form (click here to access)
  • Contractor Registration Form (click here to access)
  • DeKalb County Watershed Management Approval (if applicable)
