Standards for work in the right-of-way
- Guidance to right-of-way design standards: Chapter 14, Article VII, Division 3: Design Standards. (Note, this is not the only applicable section of code. It is the Applicant's responsibility to meet all relevant codes for Development)
- City of Brookhaven Department of Public Works Standard Details supplemented by;
- GDOT Standard Specifications and Details apply.
- As applicable, the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) will be used.
- The City has adopted Streetscape Standards for amenities in City rights-of-way
(street lights, benches, granite walls, receptacles, tree wells, etc.) - Work in City Rights-of-way require a Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit.
When in conflict, Brookhaven's published standard details shall prevail over similar DeKalb County details.
