Langford Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony set for May 31

Upgrades include new playground, pavilion, and bocce ball court

 

Brookhaven, GA, May 24, 2023 – The public is invited to Langford Park, 1174 Pine Grove Ave., on May 31 at 5 p.m. for a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the new features recently added to the park.

“We will be adding a new playground, Bocce Ball court, and sheltered pavilion,” said District 3 Council member Madeleine Simmons.  “We will also install walking trails that accentuate the natural green space areas where families can enjoy these neighborhood amenities.”

Brookhaven Mayor John Ernst, Council member Simmons and members of the community will be on hand to celebrate the $1.1 million project.
