Brookhaven, GA, Aug. 12, 2019 — The 4th Annual National City Hall Selfie Day, set for Aug. 15, offers Brookhaven residents the opportunity to make their way to City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Rd NE, and take their most creative selfies. The event is held to encourage residents to engage with City officials and/or staff, while simultaneously sharing their Brookhaven pride.

Sponsored by Engaging Local Government Leaders network (ELGL), participants are asked to post their City Hall selfie no later than Aug. 15 on Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #CityHallSelfie and tagging @gacities (Twitter), @Georgia Municipal Association (Facebook) and/or @ELGL on all social networks. Don’t forget to tag your Brookhaven selfie with @BrookhavenGAGov.

“Every year we have a great response to this fun activity,” said Burke Brennan, Communications Director. “It’s not only a good way for residents to show how proud they are to be in Brookhaven, but also an excellent way to interact with City personnel.”
