District 3 Councilwoman hosting ‘Mondays With Madeleine’ virtual town hall

Brookhaven, GA, June 19, 2020 – The public is invited to join District 3 Councilwoman Madeleine Simmons for the June edition of her “Mondays With Madeleine” town hall, taking place the last Monday of each month.
This month’s town hall will be virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place guidelines. It will be held Monday, June 29, from 6 to 7 p.m. via video conference, and will be broadcast on Facebook Live on the City’s Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/BrookhavenGAgov.
This month’s event will also include Brookhaven Planning Commissioner John Funny.
“Please join me and Commissioner Funny for an important discussion on racial justice and equality,” said Simmons.
The public will be able to weigh in, ask questions and interact by typing comments into the Facebook Live comment section, or sending an email to PublicComment@BrookhavenGA.gov.
