District 3 Council Member Madeleine Simmons to host “Mondays with Madeleine”
***In light of the coronavirus outbreak, the ‘Mondays with Madeleine’ town hall scheduled for March 30 at City Hall is cancelled. We are hopeful to meet in person for the April 27 ‘Mondays with Madeleine’ but if that is not possible we are committed to moving forward with a virtual town hall meeting at that time. Brookhaven, GA, March 6, 2020 – The public is invited to join District 3 Council Member Madeleine Simmons for her monthly community meeting on Monday, March 30, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road in Brookhaven.
“My focus on Council is serving the needs and fulfilling the vision of our residents. This includes improving Brookhaven Park to its full potential, prioritizing the acquisition and cultivation of greenspace, addressing traffic concerns and continuing the conversations on affordable housing and infrastructure improvements,” said Simmons. “No topic is off the table; I want to know how I can best represent our residents on the Council.”
Simmons is hosting Mondays with Madeleine on the last Monday of every month. Remaining 2020 Mondays with Madeleine schedule dates are as follows:

No meeting in May due to the Memorial Day holiday
No meeting in June, due to Georgia Municipal Association conference
