The Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining the streets, traffic signals, signs, and right-of-way in the City of Brookhaven. Our objective is to improve the roadways and traffic systems to make it a safer, more efficient, and more enjoyable place to live for Brookhaven's citizens. We strive to provide quality service to our citizens through prompt response and practical solutions to the problems that concern them most. Our staff is eager to hear from you, and we have provided several outlets below for you to reach us.

For work order requests, whether potholes, damaged sidewalks, signs with graffiti, traffic signal problems, pedestrian safety issues, or anything in between, please utilize our online work order system SeeClickFix.

In the event of a power or gas outage, landline phone or cable disruption or emergency water and/or sewer problem, please use the following Emergency Dispatch Numbers for the utility companies that service the City of Brookhaven.
Keep in mind that all water and sewer services in Brookhaven are provided by DeKalb County Watershed Management.
Important: If you suspect a gas leak in your home or business, call 911.
