MCLL was established in 1958. Since then, our Major Division tournament teams have won four state championships and fourteen District 9 and District 2 championships and one 10 year old state championship.

Philosophy Although we are very proud of that winning tradition, it is secondary to providing a program where each child, regardless of ability, can enjoy the great game of baseball in a positive and caring atmosphere. We want our coaches to instill the will to excel through teamwork, fair play, and learning the skills of the game. Nevertheless, our primary objective is recreational, that is, for kids to play and have fun.

Seasons MCLL operates a traditional Spring season for league play with games running from mid-March through the end of the school year. After the Spring season has ended, we have All-Star teams that participate in organized Tournaments against other Little Leagues in our District. MCLL also operates a Fall season that plays games on Sunday afternoons from late August through October.

Murphey Candler Girls Softball Association  (MCGSA)  introduced girls fastpitch softball to Atlanta in 1968.  We offer recreational leagues for girls from age 5-18, as well as, select and travel opportunities. MCGSA is an all volunteer organization and the only recreational girls fastpitch league in the Brookhaven/Dunwoody/Chamblee footprint.

Each season, more than 300 young ladies participate across our leagues learning the game of softball, and building lifelong friendships in the process.  Through our volunteer coaches, professionally run clinics and other learning opportunities, the girls have the opportunity to improve their skills, learn about competition and team work and gain an appreciation for an active lifestyle.

Concorde Soccer Association (CSA) was founded in 1982 with a handful of boys teams featuring a wealth talent. Coaches from all over the world brought their knowledge and love of the game to Concorde. Players from all around Atlanta responded, resulting in a number of highly competitive teams.

In 2001, Concorde introduced an Athena program for girl’s soccer. By again attracting top talent in both coaches and players, our Athena teams immediately began attracting attention. Concorde, long recognized for our superb boy’s teams, is now equally dedicated to the same high level of soccer excellence for girls.

The Atlanta Concorde Fire Soccer Club was formed in June 2003 with the merger of two of the Atlanta areas premier leagues, Concorde Soccer Association and The Atlanta Fire. Sending six 2003 state championship teams to the regional finals, the club set the bar for excellence in play. The club now fields nearly 50 Select/Athena teams and recreational teams at all age levels, fielding more than 1000 players in age groups from U6 to U19. Our teams compete in leagues organized by the Georgia Soccer Association under the auspices of the United States Youth Soccer Association.

Our home fields are on Ashford-Dunwoody Road at Nancy Creek, next to Marist High School. They are part of a soccer complex that Concorde is developing in partnership with the Cowart Family Ashford-Dunwoody YMCA and the City of Brookhaven where two fields within Blackburn Park are used.
